The initial trip to come out to the location of your vehicle includes the first 15 minutes of diagnostic. This is usually enough time to determine the cause of the issue and provide a free estimate of repair. Some issues will require additional diagnostic time to determine the cause. see below.

• diagnostic testing is necessary in order to accurately find the cause of your vehicle's issue and to avoid replacing parts that will not solve the problem. If this cause cannot be determined within the initial vehicle check one of the following levels of diagnostic will be recommended.

• includes one-half hour of additional diagnostic

•  includes one hour of additional diagnostic

• in rare cases an advanced level diagnostic will be recommended if more than one hour of additional diagnostic testing is needed.

After finding the cause of your vehicle's issue, I will build you a free estimate of the cost to repair. I do this using estimator software integrated with manufacture suggested labor times. completed estimates will be sent to you electronically via text or email for your approval and signature.
